Bostik Techflow HES is a high performance, high strength, rapid setting non-shrink (Class C) cementitious grout. Rapid strength gain facilitates for rapid installation and operation of plant within a matter of 2 hours. Its dual expansion compensates for shrinkage in the plastic and hardened state. Techflow HES comes ready to use, is pre-mixed and requires only the addition of water which can be mixed for stiff, plastic, flowable or fluid application. The lower water/cement ratio reduces drying shrinkage, increases durability and reduces permeability. No metallic iron content to cause staining.

Drying Time:

Drying and curing of the product is affected by type, dryness and porosity of the surface, temperature, humidity, ventilation, climate conditions and application technique and therefore drying and curing can only be given as a guide.

Plastic:

• Initial Set: 20 mins.
  
• Final Set: 30 mins.
  

Flowable:

• Initial Set: 30 mins.
  
• Final Set: 60 mins.
