Fillet/Bond Breaker Gauge

WISE thickness and fillet gauge meets the recommended fillet and bond breaker sizes as outlined in Australian Standards:

  • AS3740-2021: 12mm for Class III membranes, 35mm for Class II membranes (internal and external wet areas)
  • AS4654.2-2012: 15mm x 15mm for external above-ground liquid membranes

You can also You can also check the wet film thickness of the liquid membrane during installation to ensure the correct dry film thickness is achieved. 

For best results, always confirm the required fillet or bond breaker size with your membrane manufacturer’s Technical Data Sheet to ensure compatibility and compliance with Australian standards.
