TWS WM12 Waterproof Membrane is a single component; cold applied, aliphatic Hybrid polyurethane modified waterproof coating with high elasticity, durability & flexibility. It has a high level of resistance to weathering agents like UV rays, sunlight, frost, rainfall etc.

WM12 meets the requirements of:

AS 4654.2-2012 Waterproofing Membranes for external above-ground use
